RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 1)Items once purchased and shipped are eligible for returns only in case of manufacturing defect.

2)No returns or exchanges can be made on products purchased on discounted prices.

3)The products must be in their original packaging and should be unused and unwashed and in their original packaging with the tag. Items with any stains are not eligible for returns.

4)The amount for items once bought will not be refunded. The same amount will be given to the buyer in the form of a credit note which can be used to buy goods of equal or higher value.

5)Received packages that appear to have been tampered with are not be accepted. In such a case, notify us immediately on our Whatsapp number i.e. +91-9695040001 or mail us at benaraslooms@gmail.com.

6)Fabrics are not eligible for returns.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

1)A ready-to-ship product is shipped within 2-3 days depending on the availability of the item or the fulfillment period for any other processing requests made by client such as dyeing, tassels or fall/pico.

2)Additional time of 2-3 days is taken to process any fall/pico and tassel requests for the purchased products.

3)In case of preorders the customer will be notified of the delivery duration according to the request and product via call or Whatsapp.

4)The average delivery time for a product is approximately 3-7 days for deliveries within India. International orders may take up to 5-10 days depending on your shipping location. In case of any unexpected delays that our beyond our control, we will keep you notified.
